We are starting to run into the limitations of generic
resources. The problem is they fit what we are doing.
That is, each Shop Chief has a number (from 2 to 38)
people doing the actual work and, of course, none of them
is a "knowledge worker" but rather a "real" worker
turning wrenches and the like.
Anyway, we're considering changing these shop resources
from generic to regular. We would add the shop chief's
email address althoug because he's already a user we
can't add his Windows Account. We would, of course,
leave the count (units) the same.
Does this raise any red flags? Does anyone see any
problems I'm missing?
