I don't know of an actual time picker, but you could easily enough make one by building a form with combos for Hour,
Minute and Seconds (if needed).
Tony Toews has some calendar Forms listed on his site, and they are built completely with native Access controls so you
don't need anything else to run them. I don't know if any of them handle Time, but it might be worth a look:
