get a dropdown menu when pointer is resting on a navbar link

want a dropdown menu to other sites on my web page when i let the pointer
rest on one of the links on the navbar. Ex. products (Main link) under
products when pointer is resting a menu of difference products comes up and
then i move and click on one of the product links.
