get archiving number

hi all,

i really face problem wasts my time everytime i need to archive my mail, i
am talking about hard copies of incomming and outgoing emails

to be clear i am required to give every received and sent email number and
to register the email information with the given number in a seperated sheet
, this is a manual work , imagin if i have about 100 email per day
received/sent what to do .

first i used to print the information on excel sheet ( subject, from ,
company , date , number), then i changed the plan now i print the table from
the outlook as it seems but th emost important field NUMBER is still missing
so i fill it manually , of cousr i reduce the time but still need this time
for more important issues

I loolked for the possibility to add automatic filed to the nummber , okay I
add it but how to program the line to give automatically serial numbers.

sorry if i was not lear enough ...any help???????????

I think it's clear enough, but if it's even possible, it would be a
monumental task and you'd have to write the programs yourself.

thanks for your help but it still i do not know how to write the program by
myself this is my question.

also could you pls. advise the temporary procesures (temporary task)?
