Get DocumentChange event in VC

Hi,

I want to grab the DocumentChange event in my VC word addin.
What interface I have to use in my code? The main problem is when new word
document is opened my addin stop woking. No button or menu click works.

Please I am stuck in this for far too long, any solid help in this.
