get e-mail msg when web site is updated

Hi all,

I want to get an e-mail message when a web site has been updated.

Can I do this with outlook 2003?

Is this your Web site? If so write ASP code to send an email when the site
has been updated. If it's not your Web site see if there are any utilities
out there in google-land that monitor Web sites for changes and send emails
when that happens.
