Get error when Select Envelopes & Lables

I get an error when I select Envelopes and Lables. The
window does not say a whole lot and then restarts word.

The only option is to send the error to MS. I have run a
repair and it does not fix the issue.

This is Word 2002.

Hi Shawn,

This could be caused by some corruption in the Registry. More than
likely a corrupt custom label definition.

In the Registry drill down to:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0\Word\Custom Labels

And rename or delete the Custom Labels key.

As always, prior to making any changes to the Registry you should
review "Backing up the Registry" and "Restoring the Registry" in the
Registry Help.

In this situation you may want to use the Registry/Export Registry
file command, export your selected branch, and delete the key. That
way if you find the change wasn't necessary or incorrect, you can
merge the deleted branch back to the Registry by double-clicking the
resulting file.

I looked and that is not even in the Reg, I also looked at
another pc and it was not there as well.

??? If it is the selected printer and it is either buggy or partially
corrupt, it will cause this problem. Word won't give a hoot if its AD or
not.

Can't be printer. It's an AD printer "Active Directory"
