Let's say I have a document template where either 'male' or 'female' occurs several places in the document. I wish to be able to chose between the words only once and all occurrences of the word shall be set in the document.
Is this possible to achieve without the use of macros?
I thought perhaps I could use a dropdown menu and then have merge-fields that refered to the selected value.
