get individual name to appear on email when input as bcc

I am sending out bulk email to clients and I want the individual name to
appear in their email to address but put entire list in bcc so it goes
individually

You're asking for two contradictory things. If you want individually
addressed messages, use a mail merge to electronic mail - requires the same
version of Word as of Outlook. Or use a third party program.
If you want to send to everyone using the BCC field, it will be one single
message sent to all recipients (best to put your own email address or
something in the TO field).

Use a mail merge in Word to send individual messages instead of using BCC.
