Get message "Microsoft Office Access has stopped working " why?

When attempting to back up an Access datat base get message "a problem caused
the program to stop working corectly. Windows will close the program and
notify you if a solution is available" What us the solution? JBS e mail

Akrshear, Hello. I am encountering the same ERROR MESSAGES from my VISTA o/s.
Did anyone provide you with an answer? Once I receive this error, I am
unable to RUN the program that displayed the error! Its very
frustrating!!!!!!
