Hi,
You really don't want to do that - Google has a duplicate content filter
which will penalise any site that uses the same content as another site. The
only way would be to write yourself or hire a coywriter.

On a general note, saying you want to sell stuff from free prewritten text
says to me that you don't really understand how the internet works - it's
very competitive and to succeed you need to be different. That means
investment, either in hard work or money or both.
