Get rid of a past McAfee.dll file?

When I open MS Office I get a prompt: The Add-in "C:\program
files\mcafee.com\antivirus\ etc... Try the Detect & Repair on the help menu.
I have run Detect & Repair several times, and nothing changes. I am using
Norton now. It's just annoying. Any ideas?
