get ride of the "´" tags, and replace them

Hello all,

I have a pb.

When i download information via excel from a SQl database on the web, i
receive these types of tags

"´" and so on,

i can't find a way to replace theses tags automaticly, i don't want to have
to do
find and replace, i was wondering, if i could find a way for office to do it
automaticly for me.

is it possible ?
