Getting 0x80042108 on all accounts

Hi. I'm using Outlook 2007 on an XP SP2 computer. This morning, email worked
perfectly. Now, and I assume nothing has changed on the computer, I get
0x80042108 for all accounts. I've logged into the accounts on my laptop and
they are OK. I've updated the settings for one of the accounts and still
nothing. Cannot send or receive.

The laptop's success (over a wireless connection) confirms that the ISP is
not at fault. There are no other error messages. There are no error messages
available in the Event Viewer.

Any help is appreciated.

I appreciate the help but it didn't work. I tried all of it. I'm not sure
what other info anyone needs.

Are you saying that you can connect to your mailbox via a wireless
connection but not via WIRED connection? Please clarify.

I did say that and it was trueUNTIL I rebooted twice. On the second reboot,
outlook started working OK. Go figure!
