Getting a button for my VB Script macro in outlook

I have a macro that was originally written for outlook 2003. Thanks to Sue
Mosher it runs flawlessly and works great. Now however I am trying to get
this to work in Outlook 2007. I use to deploy it vie the VBAProject.OTM file
and outcmd.dat. However now when I try to use the old outcmd.dat to deploy
it it locks up Outlook 07. I have been able to add the macro to a quick link
bar and it works. But this is not satisfactory for all my users. I need to
have the macro under the office button or on the message banner somewhere.
This is where I am lost. I will be using a logon script to push this out to
the workstations. Let me know where to really start with this I can post any
portion of the VB Script needed.

(I apolagize if this is a double post, I get a busy page error when I
clicked submit the first time)

Deploying VBA code in that way really isn't supported or recommended; see http://www.outlookcode.com/article.aspx?id=28 . An Outlook add-in would be a more appropriate solution.

I wouldn't be surprised that an Outcmd.dat file for Outlook 2003 hangs Outlook 2007. If you're talking about putting a macro on the QAT on an Inspector window, there is no programmatic way to do that. Users will have to do it manually.
