Getting a clear screen when trying to open an e-mail

Hi Ellen,

This newsgroup is dedicated to the Microsoft Access database product. The
Microsoft website is not all that clear and may have misdirected you. I

software that you are using.

It's happening more and more when I try to open an e-mail that someone sent
me with an attachment, the screen opens but it's see-through, meaning I can
read what is behind the open e-mail screen and not the attachment. I then
have to either restart or shut down to clear this problem. Has this
happened to anyone else?
