Getting a link to open PowerPoint in design view

Hi,

I need to make a link from a PowerPoint presentation to a second PowerPoint
but I want the second powerpoint to open in design view.

Can this be done? Is so how?

Create an "Action" of "Run Program" Click "Browse", change the file type from
..exe to "all types" and browse to your file. See if that works.
