Getting a rules error message.

I'm trying to set-up a rule that will forward my mail to
my hotmail account so that i can get my e-mails while i am
out. I set up a rule to do this but i get this error
message when ever i try to run it. "This action is not
available in the current mode". Any clue what mode it is
referring to?
