getting a "Rules in error" error

the error message is: "server-requested client action unable to find
destination folder. the folder may be deleted or in a PST outlook could not
open"

I noticed this error pop up after I deleted a sub folder under Inbox. The
sub folder was a user name folder, Joe. Later I created another folder called
All Employees and moved all of Joe's email into the folder, All Employees and
deleted the folder Joe. I created the rule for Joe's email to go into the All
Employees folder, but now everytime Joe emails me I get this pop up error
box, though I am receiving his email.
How do fix this problem.
