Getting a ThorConnWndClass: Outlook.exe - Bad Image

C

callayne

Upon opening Outlook, get the above, with error message "The application or
DLL c:\PROGRA~1\MICROS~1\OFFICE1OUTLMIME.DLL is not a valid Windows image.
Please check this against your installation disk.
I do not have a disk; it was on my computer when I purchased it 2 years ago.
When trying to send an e-mail, I get the error message "Outlook.exe bad
image - The application or DLL c:\Program Files
\Microsoftoffice\OFFICE11\outlmime.dll is not a valid windows image. Please
check against your installation disk."

Any idea how this happened? It just started yesterday. Any idea how to fix
it without a disk?

did you try using help, detect and repair? system restore?

the missing dll is used for the internet mail service, so you will get
errrors trying to send.
