getting addresses displayed properly

Hi All,

I had tried to set a link from Access2003 to Outlook2007 Global
Address book and when I looked at the email address field once it's
link in Access I can't see the email address properly,

it looks like this --> /O=MCCM/OU=MEM/cn=Recipients/cn=HynesB

yet when I open Outlook2007 directly and look at the email address it
looks like this --> (e-mail address removed)

which is the correct way I want to see it thru the link.
Any ideas as to why this is happening or how to fix it???
