I have just bought an audiovox 6600 and am attempting to
sync it to my computer. I have to use outlook to do
this. I have not confiured outlook before. I use AOL for
mail. I understand I have to add AOL to Outlook to
configure it. I have the directions from AOL on how to do
this. However, when I open Outlook, it says my microsoft
exchange server is unavailable and do I want to work
offline or retry. If I retry, I get the same message. If
I work offline, it says it is unable to open default email
folders. Click OK. It then asks me if I would like to
open my default system file folder instead. If you click
NO it closes the program. If I click yes, I can get to
the tools menu (as instructed by AOL) but the option to
click email accounts is not there. How do I set up
Outlook so that I may use AOL and and my PDA?
