getting data from contacts

hi all, i want to get the data(name,email ) using extended mapi, what
properties needs to set so that that can be achieved.

Thanks, but i want to use MAPI or extended MAPI and doing in VC++.

And the properties I referred to are the ones you'd use with Extended MAPI.
