Getting email into address book

I know the addresses are saved as when I start a name it appears, but I have
3-400 email addresses. When a message comes in I categorize it, but How to I
get them into the address Book...automatically.

The is the most recently used. More info on MRU:

Tools-> Add address to address book

Shortcut command = (easy to remember because it had the + sign)
