Getting error in outlook

hi steve here
i am getting error in outlook
o/s : 98

Error:
Unable to display the folder.
Microsoft Outlook could not access the specified folder
location.
Errors have been detected in the file
C:\WINDOWS\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst.
Quit all mail-enabled applications, and then use the Inbox
Repair Tool.
any help would be appreciated

Hi Steve. So what happened when you ran the Inbox Repair Tools as the
error instructed?
