Getting error on portfolio analyzer export to Excel

We are seeing this error in certain instances and don't know why - "Command
text was not set for the command object". We're in MS Project 2003. Anyone
have any guidance on what problem may be?

Apologies, this is a fix for a different error message.

Have you changed the macro security properties in Excel (see deployment
guide) ?
