getting error while creating mde file

I get "Microsoft encountered problem while creating
mde"

I already recompiled entire database and there are no
errors. I have specified the startup form too.

Any ideas?

Nope, it didn't work. How do I save is as another file
thru' access? I copied it at system level.

Then I Guess you have a corrupted object in there somewhere...
try copying all objects into a new db & make the mde from there
if repair & compact and/or /Decompile doesn't help..

(and yes, there's no save as in Access..)
