Getting error while opening word documents.

Word crashes with an error signature which has App name:
Winword.exe and the Mod name: fx6hbej.dll. There is no
such file on the system. I have windows XP Pro, Office XP
SP2, Adobe Acrobat Reader, Norton Antivirus. The files
give the problem more frequently when I am not on the LA.
I have tried in the Safe Mode with Networking and there
is no problem. Tried to diable the norton but to no
avail. Things do not work with the msconfig utility also.
I tried to remove the unsigned drivers also but the
problem is still there. Additionally, there are crop
marks visible at the four corners of the page margins.
This also disappears in the safe mode. I dont know what
is wrong with my system. Anybody please help.

Hi Vicky,

I'm not familiar with the DLL in the error message but the crop marks are
due to having an Asian or right-to-left language enabled. (I'm wondering if
the two problems are related)

If you are not using one of these languages then go to
Start/Programs/Microsoft Office Tools/Microsoft Office Language Settings
and remove the language.
