Getting Fax VIA E-Mail

How can I get fax via e-mail? I would like a free program to do this contact
me by e-mail at: [email protected] if you know of any.

I looked at those, does anyone know of a completly free website that would
offer this with a toll-free number if possible... and I cant use one that
request a credit card because I dont have one, please e-mail your responce
