getting files from various folders

Hello,

if I have 5 folders with 3 files in each, is there a way I can copy all of
files at once?

Do I have to open each folder copy the files, paste in another folder, and
continue thorugh all of the folders?

That may depend on your operating system (as it appears to have
nothing to do with Office) but you should be able to select all the
files in each folder (use Ctrl+A), press and hold the Ctrl key (to
force a Copy) and drag them. Copy and Paste for files is slow compared
to drag and drop, though (at the risk of offending you) I could have
used copy and paste in less time than posting a message.
