Getting forwarded e-mails to go to sent mail instead of my inbox

I cannot get e-mails that I forward to stop showing up automatically in my
inbox. I really need them to go into sent mail instead because of the volume
I am dealing with.

I seem to only be able to create a rule that covers messages that I
originate initially.

Unless you're using Outlook this has nothing whatsoever to do with Office.

I am using outlook. Your response is simply being sent to my hotmail inbox.
Any suggestions?
