Getting 'Frontpage Error' when submitting form ..

Brightbelt

Hello -
I'm on XP pro, FP 2003. This problem came out of the blue and it concerns
my only professional web client, so I'm a bit nervous about this problem.
When I enter any info into the (wedding info) form I created and click
'Submit', I get a 'Frontpage Error' and a message to contact the webmaster.
This form has worked fine for 2+ years and I never changed anything on it, so
I have no idea what could have gone wrong so suddenly. The page is at
www.westwindentertainment.com/DiscJockeys.htm
I appreciate any help you can give me on this. Thanks,..Frank

Have you always used the aol email address for the form, or is this a recent change??
"Normally," a form needs to be mailed to an account associated with the domain.
e.g. [email protected]

Or the host just enabled blocking for all email addresses outside of the server

Hi Steve - Thanks for responding so quickly! I actually have always used the
AOL email address - I've never changed it. I've not made a change to this
page in 2+ years! If you think it may solve the problem, I can certainly
change it to the domain email address, and forward it from there. Any other
ideas are welcome too. Many Thanks,...Frank

Have you contacted the host regarding this issue? (That's what it is
referring to in contacting the webmaster)

Hi -
I thought I'd update you - the host company said they had no blocking of
outside emails, but suggested that AOL itself may have blocked the form data
email, given AOL's new security features. It made sense. Also, I did change
the email to the domain email and forwarded it from there and the form page
works successfully now. Many Thanks !!! Also, for interests sake, when I
changed the email address in form properties, FP pops up a window saying
"This form cannot be sent through email...This may be a disk-based web...".
I figured it was a precautionary message that would not matter once the form
was uploaded to the server and indeed I was correct, since the form worked.
Thank you for your time, ...Frank
