getting more than three conditional formats?

Can it be done?
I'd like five different colours depending upon the value (from -5 to +5) of
the cells.
the menu option only gives me three.

Hi Howard

you cannot. Conditional formating is limited to three (or to be exact
to 4 if you count the default value). For more than four formats you
need VBA. Search (google) this newsgroup for this topic or below one
