How do I download my existing webpage into my newly installed Front Page 2002 so i can edit it?

Your web folder would generally be stored in a location
such MyDocuments\MyWebs\NameofWeb
This is not something to be downloaded to your new version
of FrontPage. If you had a folder for your web on your
local machine, then it should still be there. Changing
versions wouldn't delete this folder.
Open FrontPage. You should then be able to go to File >>
Open >> and then browse to your web folder.
If you have a problem with this process, and your web is
published to the Internet, then you can go to File >> Open
and then type your web address into the textbox normally
reserved for the page name. Sometimes you may be able to
ue http://yourdomain.com and in some cases, you will need
to use http://www.yourdomain.com
This takes a bit to open. Then open any page and go to
File >> Publish Web and browse to your web folder as the
publish destination.

Connect to the server through frontpage: Fle > Publish then just publish from
the server back to your hard drive.
Else open the live site on the server by Open > Web > My Network Places > your
URL > [Enter User/Password] and you're in. (frontpage extensions need to be
functioning.).
