Getting Old mail into Outlook

I'm sure this has been covered but I don't see a search
function yet.

Can anyone help me? My old mail is saved as .dbx
files.....

Not finding anything on the web :(

DL

dbx is the Outlook Express format.
With both OE and OL on the same pc you have to import/open (I dont use OE)
the old mail into OE, then export from OE to OL
