getting power point 2003 to view other power point presentations

i am unable to find a fix of any kind that will allow me to view powerpoint
presentations of other versions in outlook express.

You can view any PowerPoint presentation as old as 97 with PPT 2003. But
you should make sure, that all updates are installed.
