--Getting rid of negatives

hi...

lets say a cell has -4 in it. Is there a way of getting rid of the negative
but keep the 4? its a result of a formula not just -4.

Thanks

You could put -1 in a spare cell and click on it and do Copy, then highlight
your cell with the formula and do Paste-special > Multiply

Hi...

You could try Format > Cells > Number: Custom

Custom the cell formatting to:

#,##0;#,##0

as the second part refers to negatives, omitting the minus
sign means your negative numbers will only show as
positive numbers but still retain their negative value!
