Getting rid of SQL msg-how to do vba macro

K

kp

I'm baaaack!
I went to the KB message about the "Opening this will run the following SQL
Command" dialogue box I was getting.

I've created the registry key called for in the KB article
Article Address: http://support.microsoft.com?kbid=825765

But, the article assumes I know how to use a

"VBA macro with the command to suppress this message:

application.DisplayAlerts-wdAlertsNone"

Duh....
I'm not finding a KB article that tells me how to create that....

thanks!

Thanks Doug. I gave it a go but it didn't work. Since I have multiple
mailmerge docs and the message pops up every time, I tried saving to my
Normal.dot.
I guess I'll have to do some work on it later when I have more time.

thanks again!
