Getting Rid of Text on Blank Labels

I am merging sheets of labels in Word with an Exel file,
but the blank labels that have no records are retaining the
words "Field Museum of Natural History" which is in the
main label merge document. I have tried placing this line
in the "Quote" field, "Autotext" field and "text box" to no
avail. I cannot get rid of this line on the blank labels
without manually deleting them. Punctuation in the main
document disappears after the merge on the blank labels, so
how can I get this line to disappear on the labels that
have no records to merge with?

Thanks.

Include that text in an If...then...else field

Yes, thank you! I had tried this already, but since I've
changed the order of the conditions to be met, it now seems
to work flawlessly.
