Getting Scheduled Tasks to open Outlook in XP Pro?

Hi,
I have tried everything to get Outlook to open once in the morning
to retrieve my mail.
I have set a password and given it what it asks for.

I have no trouble running any or Norton Utilities.

My Outlook is part of XP Office and updated.

Any Suggestions?
