Getting some 'Object missing" error on opening the Excel

While opening the Excel, Gettign the error:
"Could not load an Object because it isnot available on this machine" and
then clickin OK get the another error:
"Could not load some Objects because they are not available on this machine".
Does nayone know, what objects shold i look for and where?
