Getting Started Tab Add-in in Office 2007

I installed Office 2007 Pro Plus with the 'Getting Started Tab Add-Ins' for
Excel, Word, and Powerpoint. The installation of Office 2007 went fine,
however, the Getting Started Add-ins will not load up. I went to the
Excel,Word, Powerpoint Options > Add-ins > Manage Com Add-ins and checked the
box for the 'Getting Started Tab' but it still will not load no matter how
many times I checked the box. I already tried installing/reinstalling it but
is still will not load. How do I fix this ?
