Getting stats for last week.

Hello,

Spreadsheet A gets figures from numerous other spreadsheets an
calculates a summary of the current months stats, the layout is lik
this;

I have to send the relevant figure for last week in a spreadsheet
every week. Is it possible to have a formula in spreadsheet B t
automatically find and show the figure for the previous week?

Note - the stats are gathered into weeks by the spreadsheet, so week
wont always start at the first of the month
