I have a client who is considering a volume license purchase of Office
2003. However, he is concerned with ensuring he gets the upgrade to
Office 12 / 2007 / whatever.
The reseller (Insight) was said the client gets 24 months of upgrades
with Software Assurance. How much of a concern is there that Office 12
won't fall into this timeframe?
Is there anything I can offer to set this client's mind at ease about
making sure they get the next version of Office with their Office 2003
license purchase?
