I saw the previous post from Tsmith on 5/12 and followed what it said, but I still have the problem. When I try to either open or modify a table I get a message box that just says "unknown". I have taken this database and successfully opened it and made changes on another computer. I also just created a new database and created a table but when I tried to modify the table, got the error. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Office 2000 (on XP Home). I have updated the JET files per the 5/12 post and updated the MDAC. I don't know what else to try. Any ideas?
