When a meeting/appointment request is sent to a particular user, a
“recipient(s) could not be reached" is bounced back that references a former
delegate who no longer has an account.
When looking in Outlook 2003 the bounced user does not appear as a delegate
but when looking at the same account via a Macintosh Outlook 8.2 client the
delegate appears. We assume then that the problem can be corrected by
removing the delegate using the Mac. However, we have transitioned off the
Mac and would like to know why this same delegate can not be seen on the PC
and/or if there is any way to correct the problem without using a Mac.
Any insight on this issue would be appreciated.
