Gif Decompressor

Hello,

I have been sent a document with the companies name and
logo as a gif. However it doesn't show on the doc and just
displays as a message saying;

QuickTime and a GIF decompressor are
needed to see this picture.

Any ideas of where i can obtain a Gif decompressor?
