Give a phone number (free of charge) for customers to call to con.

The only phone numbers available are for support. There is no phone number
to confirm orders. I placed an order for Office 2003 and when i was prompted
to print the confirmation page I was also prompted to click a msg to allow
popups. I clicked the pop up and did not get to print the confirmation. I
also did not get an email confirmation. This does not help a customer keep
track of an order. Also, I cannot find a place on the site to track my order.
