giving a PWA user access to just one project

I have a user who needs to be able to see a particular in Project view in PWA 2003.
Please can someone tell me how I give her access to just that project only?

Lynne --

Create a custom Category that gives access to only that project and add the
user to that Category. In that Category, select the Project Center and
Project views available for this user. Hope this helps.
