Giving away presentations

I was just wondering if the licencing permits me to give away presentations i
make to clients etc, for example i want to make a CD business card with the
autoload powerpoint viewer showing my presentation to give away, is this
aloud?

As long as you do not have any copyright material in your presentation, no
problem.

Download the file from
http://office.microsoft.com/do­wnloads/2000/Ppview97.aspx. Install the
Viewer (or open it with WinZip) and you'll find a license.txt file that
contains the terms. Basically you can freely distribute the Viewer if you
do so "in total" and don't modify it at all.

Get permission from your clients...they're very likely to say yes -
especially if you remove any proprietary data or text. S
